🎓 Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the NSL Executive Trainee posts, candidates must fulfill the following educational and age limit requirements.

Educational Qualification

• Engineering Disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Metallurgy, Ceramics, Instrumentation): A full-time Bachelor’s Degree in the respective Engineering discipline from a recognized university or institute.
• Computer & Information Technology: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT, MCA, or a two-year PG Diploma in Computer Applications.
• Finance: Graduation with CA/ICWA qualification, OR an Engineering Degree with MBA (Finance).
• Human Resources (HR): Graduation with a two-year Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Social Work, Personnel Management, Labor Welfare, HR, or MBA (HR/Personnel Management).

*Note: General, EWS, and OBC candidates must have a minimum of 60% aggregate marks. For SC/ST/PwBD candidates, the minimum passing aggregate is 50%. Final-year students are also eligible to apply provided they can present their final passing certificate at the time of the Group Discussion & Interview.

Age Limit (As of 11/08/2026)

• Maximum Age: 27 Years
• Age Relaxation: Applicable as per Govt. of India rules (5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, and up to 10 years for Departmental candidates).

💰 Salary and Perks

Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive training period before being absorbed as permanent employees:

• During Training (6 Months): Candidates will receive a Basic Pay of ₹50,000/- per month plus Dearness Allowance (IDA).
• After Successful Training: Candidates will be designated as Assistant Managers in the pay scale of ₹60,000 - ₹1,80,000/-, with an initial Basic Pay of ₹60,000/- per month. Additional perks like PF, Gratuity, PRP, medical benefits, and Cafeteria Allowances will be provided.

📝 Selection Process

The final merit list will be prepared based on a three-stage selection process:

1. Computer Based Test (CBT): 70% Weightage (Conducted in English & Hindi)
2. Group Discussion (GD): 15% Weightage
3. Personal Interview: 15% Weightage

*Candidates will be shortlisted for the GD and Interview round in a 1:3 ratio based on their CBT scores.
