As a Team Manager (TM) / Line Incharge within the PPC department, you will report directly to the Section Head - PPC. A Day in the Life of this role involves managing shift activities for production planning, ensuring optimum utilization of resources, and guaranteeing material availability precisely as per the plan to achieve strict production demands.

Your core deliverables in this purpose-driven role will include, but are not limited to:

• Manpower Management: Leading a dedicated team of contractual manpower. You will monitor their daily performance, oversee training, and manage their deployment according to the established production plan.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working seamlessly with cross-functional teams to meticulously develop and implement production ramp-ups as directed by central planning.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Proactively coordinating with the internal and external supply chain networks to ensure the timely delivery of manufacturing materials.
• Training & Onboarding: Conducting comprehensive training sessions for new team members covering vital areas such as Safety protocols, Product knowledge, manufacturing processes, and Material handling techniques.
