• Maintaining accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs) and component master data in SAP.
• Conducting Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA) and participating in core design reviews to ensure robust outputs.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with sourcing, manufacturing, and quality teams to maintain design feasibility and control costs.
• Interfacing with global suppliers to optimize casting designs for standard manufacturability.
• Utilizing established global standards such as ASME, SAE, and ISO.
